Common use

Cenforce Soft is an orally disintegrating tablet used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. The soft tablet formulation dissolves quickly in the mouth, offering faster onset of action compared to standard tablets. It helps men achieve and maintain a firm erection for satisfying sexual activity.

Dosage and direction

The typical dose is 100 mg, taken approximately 20–30 minutes before sexual activity. Cenforce Soft should be placed under the tongue or in the mouth to dissolve—no water is needed. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Always follow your doctor's dosage recommendations for best results and safety.

Precautions

Consult your doctor before using Cenforce Soft if you have a history of heart disease, high/low blood pressure, liver or kidney issues, or vision problems. Avoid alcohol or grapefruit products while using this medication, as they may increase side effects. Do not use this medicine if sexual activity is not advised for you. Cenforce Soft is intended for adult men only.

Contraindications

Do not use Cenforce Soft if you are taking nitrate medications for chest pain or have had a recent heart attack or stroke. It should not be used by individuals allergic to Sildenafil or any of the tablet ingredients. Avoid combining with other PDE5 inhibitors. Talk to your doctor before use if you’re on multiple medications.

Possible side effect

Common side effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, and upset stomach. Some users may experience vision changes such as a blue tint or blurred vision. Serious but rare side effects include chest pain, fainting, or a prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours. Seek immediate medical attention if severe reactions occur.

Drug interaction

Cenforce Soft can interact with medications such as nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungals, HIV protease inhibitors, and certain antibiotics. Combining it with other ED treatments or recreational drugs can increase risks. Inform your doctor about all prescription and over-the-counter drugs you’re taking. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit while using this product.

Missed dose

Cenforce Soft is used as needed, so missing a scheduled dose is not usually a concern. Do not take extra tablets to make up for a missed opportunity. Wait until the next planned use. Avoid taking multiple doses within a short period.

Overdose

Overdosing on Sildenafil may result in severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or priapism (painful prolonged erection). Seek emergency medical help if overdose is suspected. Never exceed the prescribed dose, even if results seem insufficient. Long-term overdose can cause lasting damage to vision, hearing, or heart health.

Storage

Store Cenforce Soft in a cool, dry place at room temperature, ideally between 15–30°C (59–86°F). Protect it from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep the tablets in their original packaging until use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
