Common use

Clenbuterol is a bronchodilator primarily used to treat respiratory conditions such as asthma by relaxing airway muscles and making breathing easier. In some countries, it is prescribed for obstructive pulmonary diseases, though it is not approved for human use in the U.S. Clenbuterol is also known for its off-label use as a performance-enhancing and fat-burning agent. It stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors, increasing metabolic rate and promoting lean muscle mass.

Dosage and direction

Clenbuterol is usually taken orally in tablet or liquid form, with dosage depending on the medical condition and individual tolerance. In medical settings, doses start low and are adjusted gradually to minimize side effects. When used off-label, it is often cycled (e.g., 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) to prevent desensitization. It should always be used under medical supervision to avoid serious health risks.

Precautions

Use caution if you have cardiovascular issues such as hypertension, arrhythmias, or heart disease. Clenbuterol can increase heart rate, blood pressure, and cause muscle tremors. Drug interaction

Missed dose

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it’s close to your next scheduled dose. Do not take two doses at once to make up for a missed one. Missing occasional doses is unlikely to cause harm but may reduce effectiveness. Maintain a consistent schedule for best results.

Overdose

An overdose of clenbuterol can cause dangerous symptoms such as severe palpitations, high blood pressure, chest pain, and muscle cramps. In extreme cases, it may lead to cardiac arrest or seizures. Seek emergency medical attention immediately if overdose is suspected. Supportive care in a hospital setting is usually required.
