Common use

Extra Super P Force is a combination medication designed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in men. It contains two active ingredients: Sildenafil Citrate, which increases blood flow to the penis for a firm erection, and Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that delays ejaculation. Together, they enhance sexual performance, allowing for a more satisfying and prolonged experience. It is typically used by men who experience both conditions simultaneously.

Dosage and direction

The usual recommended dose is one tablet taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity, with or without food. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid high-fat meals before taking, as they may reduce the effectiveness of the medication.

Precautions

This medication is intended only for men over 18 years of age with diagnosed ED and/or PE. Use with caution if you have heart disease, liver or kidney problems, high or low blood pressure, or a history of seizures. Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs, as they can increase side effects or lower blood pressure dangerously. Always consult a doctor before starting, especially if you're taking medications for other health issues.

Contraindications

Do not use Extra Super P Force if you are taking nitrates for chest pain or medications for pulmonary hypertension. It is also contraindicated in individuals allergic to Sildenafil, Dapoxetine, or any other components of the tablet. Men with severe heart conditions, recent stroke, or uncontrolled blood pressure should not use this drug. It is not intended for women or adolescents.

Possible side effect

Common side effects may include headache, dizziness, nausea, flushing, and dry mouth. Some users may experience blurred vision, digestive upset, or mild insomnia due to the Dapoxetine component. Serious but rare side effects include chest pain, fainting, or prolonged erections (priapism). If any severe reaction occurs, seek medical help immediately.

Drug interaction

Extra Super P Force may interact with nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungals, HIV protease inhibitors, and other SSRIs or antidepressants. These combinations can increase the risk of dangerous side effects like serotonin syndrome or significant blood pressure changes. Always inform your doctor about all medications and supplements you're using. Avoid combining with alcohol or other ED medications.

Missed dose

Since Extra Super P Force is taken as needed before sexual activity, missed doses are not typically a concern. Do not take multiple tablets to make up for a missed or ineffective dose. Stick to a single dose per day. If you accidentally take more than one, contact a healthcare provider.

Overdose

An overdose of Extra Super P Force can lead to serious side effects, including chest pain, fainting, irregular heartbeat, or prolonged and painful erections. Other signs may include blurred vision, nausea, or seizures. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected. Do not exceed the prescribed amount under any circumstances.

Storage

Store the tablets in a cool, dry place at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F), away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the medication in its original packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiration date.
