Common use

Fildena CT is a chewable tablet used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men by enhancing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It contains Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor that helps achieve and maintain a firm erection. Its chewable form allows for faster onset of action and is convenient for those who have difficulty swallowing traditional tablets. It improves sexual performance and supports a more satisfying intimate experience.

Dosage and direction

The recommended dose is usually one tablet (chewed) about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food, though high-fat meals may delay the effect. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Always follow your doctor’s prescription and avoid combining with alcohol or other ED drugs.

Precautions

Fildena CT should only be used by men over 18 who have been diagnosed with erectile dysfunction. Use caution if you have heart conditions, liver or kidney disease, low blood pressure, or a history of stroke. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, as they may intensify side effects or interfere with the drug's action. Do not use recreationally or without medical supervision.

Contraindications

Fildena CT is contraindicated in patients who are taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors due to the risk of severe hypotension. It should not be used by individuals with a known allergy to Sildenafil or similar medications. Men with severe heart disorders, retinal diseases, or recent cardiovascular events should avoid this medication. It is not intended for women or children.

Possible side effect

Common side effects include headache, facial flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, and indigestion. Some users may experience blurred vision or sensitivity to light. Rare but serious effects include prolonged erections, chest pain, or sudden loss of vision or hearing. Immediate medical attention is required for any severe reaction.

Drug interaction

Fildena CT may interact with medications like nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungals, HIV protease inhibitors, and certain antibiotics. Combining it with other ED drugs or alcohol increases the risk of side effects. Always inform your healthcare provider about all the medications and supplements you're taking. Avoid recreational drugs as they may cause dangerous interactions.

Missed dose

Fildena CT is used as needed, so missed doses are typically not applicable. Do not take an extra tablet to compensate for a missed opportunity. Always use it responsibly and only when planning sexual activity. Taking more than prescribed increases the risk of side effects.

Overdose

Overdose symptoms can include severe dizziness, fainting, prolonged erection (priapism), or vision disturbances. If an overdose is suspected, seek immediate medical help. Do not attempt to counteract it by taking other medications. Supportive treatment is essential in such cases.

Storage

Store Fildena CT at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F), away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Keep the tablets in their original blister pack until use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use expired medication.
