Common use

Fildena Super Active is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men by enhancing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and sustain an erection during sexual stimulation. It contains Sildenafil Citrate in a soft gel capsule, which allows for faster absorption and quicker onset of action. This form is ideal for men who prefer a more convenient and efficient alternative to standard tablets. It supports better sexual performance and overall satisfaction.

Dosage and direction

The usual recommended dose is one soft gel capsule taken 30 to 45 minutes before sexual activity. It should be swallowed with a glass of water and can be taken with or without food. Avoid high-fat meals close to the time of use, as they may slow down absorption. Do not exceed one dose in 24 hours.

Precautions

Fildena Super Active should be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional, especially in men with heart conditions, kidney or liver problems, or high or low blood pressure. Avoid consuming alcohol, grapefruit juice, or recreational drugs, which may interfere with the medication. Men with conditions such as priapism, vision disorders, or bleeding problems should exercise caution. This medication is not intended for women or individuals under 18.

Contraindications

This product is contraindicated in patients who are using nitrate medications or guanylate cyclase stimulators, due to the risk of serious hypotension. It should not be used by those allergic to Sildenafil Citrate or with a history of cardiovascular events, such as heart attack or stroke. Individuals with severe liver disease, retinal disorders, or uncontrolled blood pressure should not take this drug. Consult a physician before beginning treatment.

Possible side effect

Common side effects may include headache, facial flushing, nasal stuffiness, dizziness, and upset stomach. Some men may experience vision changes like blurred vision or sensitivity to light. Rare but serious side effects include prolonged erections, chest pain, loss of vision or hearing, or fainting. Seek medical attention if any severe reactions occur.

Drug interaction

Fildena Super Active may interact with nitrates, alpha-blockers, HIV medications, antifungals, and certain antibiotics. Combining it with other erectile dysfunction treatments or alcohol can heighten side effects or reduce effectiveness. Always inform your doctor about all medications, supplements, or herbal products you are using. Never mix this medication with other PDE5 inhibitors.

Missed dose

Since Fildena Super Active is taken only when needed, a missed dose is generally not applicable. If you forget to take it before planned activity, take it when necessary but not more than once daily. Never double the dose to make up for a missed one. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions.

Overdose

Symptoms of overdose may include severe dizziness, chest pain, nausea, prolonged erection, or vision disturbances. If overdose is suspected, seek immediate medical help. Do not exceed the recommended dose under any circumstance. Supportive treatment may be required in cases of overdose.

Storage

Store Fildena Super Active in a cool, dry place at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F), away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep it in its original blister packaging until use. Ensure the product is out of reach of children and pets. Do not use the capsules beyond their expiration date.
