Common Use

P-Force Fort 150 mg is primarily prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The active ingredient, sildenafil citrate, belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It helps improve erectile function by enhancing blood circulation in the penile tissues. The medication works only in the presence of sexual arousal and does not increase sexual desire.

Dosage and Direction

Take P-Force Fort 150 mg exactly as directed by your healthcare provider. The tablet is usually taken approximately 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity with a glass of water. Do not take more than one dose within a 24-hour period. The medication may be taken with or without food, although a heavy or high-fat meal may delay its onset of action.

Precautions

Before using P-Force Fort 150 mg, inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions, especially heart disease, liver disorders, kidney problems, or blood pressure abnormalities. Patients with a history of stroke, heart attack, or vision disorders should use this medication with caution. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it may increase the risk of side effects and reduce effectiveness. Medical supervision is recommended for individuals taking other prescription medications.

Contraindications

P-Force Fort 150 mg should not be used by individuals who are allergic to sildenafil or any of its ingredients. It is contraindicated in patients taking nitrate medications for chest pain or heart conditions due to the risk of a dangerous drop in blood pressure. The medication is not intended for women or individuals under 18 years of age. Patients advised to avoid sexual activity for medical reasons should not use this product.

Possible Side Effect

Common side effects may include headache, facial flushing, dizziness, nasal congestion, and indigestion. Some users may experience temporary visual disturbances such as blurred vision or changes in color perception. Less common reactions include nausea, muscle pain, or increased sensitivity to light. Seek immediate medical attention if an erection lasts longer than four hours or if severe allergic reactions occur.

Drug Interaction

P-Force Fort 150 mg may interact with nitrates, nitric oxide donors, and certain medications used to treat high blood pressure. Interactions may also occur with alpha-blockers, antifungal drugs, antibiotics, and medications used to treat HIV infection. Combining sildenafil with other erectile dysfunction treatments is generally not recommended. Missed Dose

P-Force Fort 150 mg is used on an as-needed basis, so a missed dose is generally not applicable. If your doctor prescribes a specific dosing schedule, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one.

Overdose

Taking more than the recommended dose may increase the risk and severity of side effects. Symptoms of overdose can include severe dizziness, fainting, prolonged erection, visual disturbances, and irregular heartbeat. Immediate medical attention should be sought if an overdose is suspected. Treatment will be based on the patient's symptoms and overall condition.

Storage

Store P-Force Fort 150 mg at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Keep the medication in its original packaging, protected from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not store it in bathrooms or areas with excessive humidity. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
