Common use

P-Force is a dual-action medication formulated to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in men. It combines Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor that improves blood flow to the penis, and Dapoxetine, a fast-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that delays ejaculation. Together, these components help men achieve and maintain a firm erection and extend the duration of sexual activity. P-Force enhances overall sexual performance and confidence.

Dosage and direction

The typical recommended dose is one tablet taken 30–60 minutes before planned sexual activity. It should be swallowed with a full glass of water and can be taken with or without food, though heavy or fatty meals may delay the effect. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours, and always follow the dosing instructions provided by your doctor. Avoid splitting or crushing the tablet.

Precautions

Consult a doctor before using P-Force, especially if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or a history of seizures or mental health conditions. Avoid consuming alcohol or grapefruit products, as they may increase side effects. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how the medication affects you. This drug is intended only for adult men and should not be used by women or adolescents.

Contraindications

P-Force should not be used in combination with nitrates, other PDE5 inhibitors, or MAO inhibitors. It is contraindicated in men with a known allergy to Sildenafil, Dapoxetine, or any inactive ingredients in the tablet. Men with serious heart conditions, severe liver impairment, or a history of stroke or heart attack should avoid this medication. Always seek medical advice before beginning use.

Possible side effect

Common side effects may include headache, flushing, dizziness, nausea, and indigestion. Some users might experience dry mouth, blurred vision, or insomnia. Rare but serious side effects include chest pain, fainting, prolonged erection, or mood changes. Seek immediate medical help if any severe or persistent symptoms occur.

Drug interaction

P-Force may interact with medications such as nitrates, alpha-blockers, antidepressants, antifungals, and HIV protease inhibitors. Combining it with other ED medications or substances that affect serotonin levels may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome or hypotension. Inform your doctor of all medications and supplements you are taking. Avoid recreational drugs or herbal ED remedies while using P-Force.

Missed dose

Since P-Force is taken as needed, there is generally no risk of missing a dose. Do not take a second tablet to compensate for a missed opportunity. Wait at least 24 hours before taking another dose. Only take it when sexual activity is anticipated.
