Common Use:
Restfine (Melatonin) is a sleep-regulating supplement used to treat insomnia, jet lag, and circadian rhythm disorders. It mimics the body’s natural melatonin production, promoting restful and uninterrupted sleep.

Dosage & Direction:
The typical dose ranges from 1 to 10 mg, taken orally 30–60 minutes before bedtime. It should be swallowed with water, and the dosage may be adjusted based on individual needs.

Precautions:
People with liver disease, depression, or autoimmune conditions should use Restfine cautiously. Avoid alcohol and activities requiring concentration, as drowsiness may persist.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with known allergies to melatonin. Individuals with severe psychiatric disorders should consult a doctor before use.

Possible Side Effects:

Drug Interaction:

Missed Dose:
If a dose is missed, take it only if there is enough time before the usual sleep schedule. Do not take an extra dose to make up for a missed one, as this may disrupt the sleep cycle.

Overdose:
Excessive intake may lead to prolonged drowsiness, hormonal imbalances, or difficulty waking up. In case of severe symptoms, seek medical assistance.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
