Generic Roszet

Common Use
Roszet is used to treat high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) and reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. It helps lower LDL (“bad” cholesterol) and triglycerides while increasing HDL (“good” cholesterol). The medication is typically prescribed alongside diet and lifestyle changes.

Dosage and Direction
Dosage depends on the patient’s condition and response. Adults usually take one tablet daily, with or without food. Take it at the same time every day and follow your doctor’s instructions carefully. Do not change the dose or stop taking it without consulting your healthcare provider.

Precautions
Before using Roszet, inform your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney problems, or a history of muscle disorders. Regular blood tests may be needed to monitor liver function and cholesterol levels. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking this medication.

Contraindications
Do not use Roszet if you are allergic to rosuvastatin, ezetimibe, or other statins. It is contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The drug should not be taken by patients with active liver disease.

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Overdose
An overdose can increase the risk of serious side effects such as severe muscle damage or liver problems. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected. Treatment may include supportive care and monitoring of vital signs and liver function.

Storage
Store Roszet at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not use the medication past its expiration date.
