Common use

Super Tadapox is a dual-action oral medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. It combines Tadalafil, a long-acting PDE5 inhibitor that improves blood flow to the penis, with Dapoxetine, a fast-acting SSRI that helps delay ejaculation. This combination allows for stronger erections and extended sexual performance. It is ideal for men seeking both control and confidence during intimacy.

Dosage and direction

The usual recommended dose is one tablet taken 1–3 hours before planned sexual activity. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, with or without food. Do not take more than one dose in 36 hours, as Tadalafil has a long duration of action. Always follow your doctor’s instructions for safe and effective use.

Precautions

Use Super Tadapox with caution if you have a history of heart disease, high or low blood pressure, liver/kidney problems, seizure disorders, or depression. Drug interaction

Super Tadapox may interact with nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungal agents, antidepressants, and HIV medications. It should not be combined with other PDE5 inhibitors, Dapoxetine-containing drugs, or substances that affect serotonin levels. Be sure to inform your doctor about all current medications and supplements. Avoid alcohol, grapefruit juice, and recreational drugs during use.

Missed dose

Super Tadapox is taken as needed, not on a fixed schedule, so missing a dose is generally not an issue. Do not take extra tablets to make up for a missed opportunity. Wait at least 24–36 hours before taking another dose. Taking too much may increase the risk of side effects.

Overdose

Overdose symptoms may include severe dizziness, chest pain, fainting, nausea, or a prolonged, painful erection (priapism). If you suspect an overdose, seek emergency medical help immediately. Never exceed the recommended dose, especially with combination medications like this. Treatment may require supportive care and close medical observation.

Storage

Store Super Tadapox at room temperature (15–30°C / 59–86°F), in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in its original packaging until use. Do not use after the expiration date. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
