Common use

Tastylia  comes in strips of 10 pcs./package and the active ingredient  in them is Tadalafil which is 20 mg. Tadalafil has strong effects on sexual stimulation but it is not the main cause of the erection. The whole process of erection involves NO ( Nitric Acid)which is released in the corpus cavernosum as a result of the sexual arousement! The NO activates an enzyme called Guanylate Cyclase which then leads to increased levels of cGMP ( cyclic guanosine monophosphate). In the end, all leads to a smooth muscle relaxation and blood inflow to the corpus cavernosum.

Tadalafil also helps improving the health of patients that have benign prostatic hypertrophy or enlarged prostate symptoms or problems with the pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Dosage and direction

Tastylia stripe 20mg can be used orally, once per day with a minimum of 1 hour before the sexual activity! Never take more than one per day!

Tare the Zip lock package to pull out the Tastylia strip. Put it on your tongue and let it melt in your mouth. Once it melts, a fresh flavour will cover your entire mouth as the active ingredients will starts flowing into your blood system with the help of your saliva. The effect will shortly take place after around 6 to 15 minutes!

Depending on what the doctor recommended, the dosage for Tastylia can vary from one patient to another.
It can be taken with or without food interaction!

Always take a whole stripe of Tastylia, never portion it in half!

Erection will not come as a result of taking the Tastylia stripe. It will occur once sexual arousement will start. Never take more than one Tastylia stripe per day!

Precautions

Always ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking Tastylia! If you are allergic to Tadalafil, or if you take other medicines to treat the arterial hypertension, always ask your doctor before taking Tastylia!

If you are using medication for chest pains or heart problems, NEVER take Tastylia!  This includes nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and/or isosorbide mononitrate. Nitrates can also be present in some recreational drugs, therefore, always keep in mind before taking Tastylia. Taking Tadalafil with other Nitrate medicine can cause serious decreasing of your blood pressure that leading to possible unwanted side effects!

Tadalafil can affect the blood flow to the optic nerve causing instant vision loss. This type of side effect is very rare and can happen to a very small number of people when taking other types of drugs with Tadalafil. Most of these cases already had some eye problems and vessel disorder ( heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, smoking, or being over 50 years old). Studies are not 100% clear about the possible implication of Tadalafil in these cases!

Contraindications

Using  Tastylia and drinking Alcohol can lead to unwanted side effects! Try to avoid eating Grapefruits or similar products when using Tastylia! Try not to use other similar medication, such as Alprostadil or Yohimbine, without a medical consult in advance!

Possible side effect

If any sign of allergic reactions to Tastylia, try and get immediate medical help. Reactions can be: Hives, hard breathing, your face, lips or tongue swelling.

Stop taking Tadalafil and seek medical help if you encounter: painful erection or longer than 4 hours, sudden blindness or heart attack symptoms. Also call the doctor if you feel chest pain, pressure or pain spreading to your jaw or shoulders, nausea and sweating!

Call the doctor or the ambulance if you encounter: Ringing in your ears, sudden hearing loss, weird heartbeat, swelling of your hands, ankles or feet. Call the doctor if you have convulsions or the feeling that you will pass out!

Some reported side effects that are a bit more common are: Headache, dyspepsia, myalgia, nausea, back pain, limb pain and flushing.

Some Tadalafil effects might not need medical care. As your body starts getting used with the medicine, many of the side effects might end. Your doctor is the one able to prevent or reduce these side effects. That doesn't mean you are free of any risk. Go on with checking with any of the side effects if they continue or if they cause concern. You might feel: sour stomach, belching, heartburn, indigestion, stomach pain or discomfort.

Drug interaction

Visit your doctor before using  Tastylia. Tell him about all your present medicines, especially if you take antibiotics or antifungal medication, antiviral medication for Hepatitis C or AIDS/HIV. Also, if you take medicines to treat the high blood pressure or the prostate disorder, be sure to consult your doctor before using Tastylia.

Not all possible side effects are listed in the medication's info. There might be other drugs to interact with Tadalafil, including prescribed drugs and over the counter medicines, also vitamins or herbal products.

Missed dose

Tadalafil can be used whenever needed, a dosage schedule is not needed!

Overdose

 If you took more than one Tastylia per day, an overdose might occur. Seek emergency help or call the Poison Help LINE at 1-800-222-1222 if you feel you have an overdose.

Storage

Keep the Tastylia Strips away from the reach of children or pets, in a moisture free room, at an average temperature of 77F (20-25 C). Never keep the  Tastylia Strips in the bathroom.
