Udenafil

Common Use:

Udenafil is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction, allowing men to achieve satisfactory sexual performance. It enhances natural erectile response when sexual arousal is present.

Dosage and Direction:

The usual starting dose is 100 mg taken orally, about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take more than one dose per day, and follow your doctor’s instructions strictly.

Precautions:

Consult your doctor before using Udenafil if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney problems. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, as they may increase the risk of side effects.

Contraindications:

Udenafil is contraindicated in individuals taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors, as it can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure. It should not be used by those with severe cardiovascular disorders or known hypersensitivity to udenafil.

Possible Side Effect:

Common side effects include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, or dizziness. Rare but serious effects may include chest pain, vision changes, or prolonged erection.

Drug Interaction:

Udenafil may interact with nitrates, alpha-blockers, antifungal medications, and HIV protease inhibitors. Always inform your doctor about all the medicines you are taking.

Missed Dose:

Udenafil is taken as needed and does not follow a daily dosing schedule. If you miss a planned dose before sexual activity, skip it and take the next only as required.

Overdose:

Taking more than the recommended dose may increase the risk of side effects without enhancing benefits. Seek medical help immediately if overdose is suspected.

Storage:

Store Udenafil at room temperature (15–30°C), away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and do not use it past the expiration date.
