Generic Wynzora

Common Use
Wynzora is indicated for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. It helps reduce redness, thickening, scaling, and itching associated with the condition. The combination of a vitamin D analog and a corticosteroid improves skin appearance and symptom control.

Dosage and Direction
Apply a thin layer of Wynzora cream to the affected areas once daily. Gently rub in until fully absorbed. Wash hands after application unless treating the hands. Do not exceed the maximum recommended weekly amount as directed by your doctor.

Precautions
Before using Wynzora, inform your doctor if you have calcium metabolism disorders or skin infections. Avoid applying to the face, groin, or underarms unless directed. Do not use under occlusive dressings unless prescribed.

Contraindications
Do not use Wynzora if you are allergic to calcipotriene, betamethasone, or any of its ingredients. It is contraindicated in patients with certain viral, bacterial, or fungal skin infections without appropriate treatment.

Possible Side Effects
Common side effects include mild skin irritation, itching, redness, or burning at the application site. Long-term use may cause skin thinning or hormonal effects due to corticosteroid absorption. Contact your doctor if severe skin reactions occur.

Drug Interaction
Systemic drug interactions are unlikely due to topical use. However, avoid combining with other topical corticosteroids or vitamin D products unless advised by a healthcare provider. Inform your doctor about all medications you are using.

Missed Dose
If you miss an application, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed application. Do not apply extra cream to make up for a missed dose.

Overdose
Excessive use may increase the risk of corticosteroid-related side effects or elevated calcium levels. Seek medical advice if large amounts have been applied. Treatment is supportive and symptom-based.

Storage
Store Wynzora at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date.
